Arrow of Light:
Congratulations to all the Webelos II’s that earned their arrow of light this past weekend! They will be crossing over this weekend in to the boy scout family.
Board of Review/Patrol Meeting:
This Friday, June 15, will be our monthly board of review as well as the regular patrol meetings.
Summer Camp Information Session:
Also this Friday, June 15, we will have a summer camp information session from our Camping Chair for parents in room 2010. Session will begin at 7:30pm
Sign up for Merit Badges at Summer Camp:
For those attending summer camp
1. Please find the (attached) prerequisites list for the merit badges offered
2. Have your scout go to the Olmsted schedule (HERE) and choose a schedule that they will earn everyday
3. Go to the Troop Request Form and choose "Summer Camp Merit Badge Signup" and enter the schedule chosen for each time through the day. Please use the following format:

Time slots for 2nd year and above is 9am to 4:20pm.
ALL FIRST YEAR SCOUTS (WEBELOS II)
You will do the first year scout program (schedule attached and this will be your step 2). First year scouts may choose up to two merit badges.
Scoutmasters Conference:
Scoutmaster conference dates have been added to the Troop Request Form for the month of June. Troop Request Form
Wilderness Survival First Aid :
This class will be June 30 at the Worship Center, room 2009. The class is open to the first 10 participants. Last day to pay for the class is June 27. Cost is $70, payments can be made by: cash, money order and/or paypal to (touch by the hem of his garment)
Family Campout:

Please save the date for the Family Campout on June 22-24 at Lake Fairfax, VA. The event is open to everyone (including scouts registering in the fall and their families). Fees for participation are below:
Food is included with registration. Water park is $11/person - cost for the water park is not included in fees above and must be paid in advance
Other activities = kayaking, hiking, paddle boats.
This is an overnight camping activity, so start thinking about the supplies you will need to be ready.
