Fall Camporee is here!
We need to gauge interest in the troop participating this year.
We need 2 trained leaders for every 8 scouts attending to ensure proper adult coverage for safety and supervision. For example, if we only have 2 trained adults attending we can only take 8 scouts. It is imperative that I get a quick response to the Doodle sign up to determine if we can meet the needs of the troop attending this year. The cost per person Will be $40 which will be collected along with medical forms Part A and B at the Oct 9th meeting (if we have a Med form from this summer on file no new form is required). Please respond to the Doodle by Oct 2nd and turn the required items in by Oct 9th.
Once again please respond to the Doodle no later then Oct 2nd so that we will know if we will be able to participate at this year’s Fall Camporee.
