Good evening Troop Families,
We are excited and gearing up for this year's Fall Camporee! The District is planning a fun-filled time this year with a Scouting "Fair" Theme. The scouts will enjoy everything from archery to campfires to an optional dessert cooking contest. They even get to build a catapult!
Scouts should arrive at the American Legion Youth Camp in Cheltenham by 6:00 PM on Friday, October 16th.
Please review the attached 2015 Camporee Information for more details. A separate email will be sent out Tuesday with the patrol assignments for the Camporee and any other last minute details.
Scouts who did not attend summer camp should bring medical forms A and B to the Camporee and give them to Scout Master Kelly Burgess upon their arrival.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Kelly Burgess at fbcgtroop1657@gmail.com or 301-437-0224.
God Bless,
Kelly Burgess, Scout Master Troop 1657
