The Merit Badge Administration Team advises that all completed Merit Badges Applications (Blue Cards) need to be placed in a sealed envelope and placed in the Boy Scout Ministry Mailbox at the Ministry Center no later than Friday, August 31, 2015.
Merit Badge Applications (Blue Cards) received by August 31st will be recognized in the September 2015 Court of Honor.
