Kinderfest is COMING.........Volunteer on Sunday, October 4th!!
This year, Sunday, October 4th, 2015, is our 35th Anniversary and we could use all the bright & cheerful volunteers we can get!!!

Assignments may include: Crafts at Old Maryland Farm, Costumed Characters, Evaluations, Games & Amusements, Kid Fit area (rock wall, etc.), Face Painting, Train & Carousel Assistance, etc.

Kinderfest Festival Aide
*This opportunity is NOT eligible for Student Service Learning Hours for Prince George's County School applicants.
Volunteers, ages 14 and older, are needed for Kinderfest. Tasks will include assisting with various games, arts & crafts, and event activities/operations, as well as providing excellent customer service to festival patrons. Hours will be 10:30am to 5:00pm.
Kinderfest Festival Face Painter
*This opportunity is NOT eligible for Student Service Learning Hours for Prince George's County School applicants.
Volunteers, ages 16 and older, with artistic talent and/or face painting experience, are needed as Face Painters for Kinderfest. You will be assigned to the Face Painting tent with other face painting staff, providing services to festival patrons. Please NOTE: Please prepare a display board of 5 10 designs from which patrons can choose. Paints and brushes will be provided for the event. Hours will be 10:30am to 5:00pm.
Kinderfest Volunteer Team Leader (10 slots)
*This opportunity is eligible for Student Service Learning Hours for Prince George's County School applicants. Duties must be completed to receive hours.
Volunteers, ages 17 and older, are needed for Kinderfest. Tasks will include overseeing volunteers assigned to various games, arts & crafts, and event activities/operations, as well as providing excellent customer service to festival patrons. Hours will be 10:30am to 5:00pm.
