Survey: Start Survey
To help ensure that our volunteers are properly equipped to guide children and families when they respond to the Gospel, Emerging Generations is working to better understand which team members are currently altar call certified.
Please assist us by completing the survey. The information collected will help us assess our current certification levels and determine where additional training, classes, or cohort opportunities may be needed to make the certification process more accessible for those who desire to serve in this capacity.
Thank you for your support as we continue strengthening our ability to share the message of salvation and properly care for those who respond to the call of Christ.
May 1 - 3, 2026

True youth protection takes all of us. At Troop 1657, we’re proud that 100% of our Adult Leaders have completed Scouting America’s Safeguarding Youth Training (formerly known as Youth Protection Training or YPT). This training ensures every leader is prepared to keep our Scouts safe.
We invite all families to join us in this commitment. All parents are required to complete the training. You don’t have to be a registered member to take the training—just visit My.Scouting.org to create an account.
Complete the Safeguarding Youth Training.
Wait for your certificate to generate after completion.
Print your certificate.
Bring the printed certificate to the next meeting.
Your participation helps ensure a safe and supportive environment for all of our youth. Thank you for your prompt attention to this important requirement!
Together, we can build a culture of awareness and safety for every Scout.
